تعد مبادرة الخصومات الخاصة بموظفي الحكومة الاتحادية "امتيازات"، واحدة من أكبر المبادرات المجتمعية على مستوى دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، حيث أخذت الهيئة على عاتقها مسؤولية التنسيق مع مؤسسات وشركات القطاع الخاص وتوقيع شراكات معها لمنح موظفي الحكومة الاتحادية وعائلاتهم خصومات خاصة واستثنائية على أسعار السلع والخدمات التي تقدمها.
وترمي الهيئة من خلال مبادرة "امتيازات" إلى دعم موظفي الحكومة الاتحادية وتحفيزهم، بالإضافة إلى رفع مستويات الرضا والتناغم والسعادة الوظيفية، والولاء المؤسسي لديهم، بحيث توفر لهم امتيازات خاصة دون سواهم، من خلال شراكاتها مع القطاع الخاص، لما في ذلك من أثر على تحسين وتطوير إنتاجيتهم، وبالتالي تحقيق رؤية الإمارات 2021، واستراتيجية الموارد البشرية في الحكومة الاتحادية.
"Imtiyazat" Initiative for Federal Government Employees that considiring one of the largest community-based initiatives in United Arab Emirates. where as the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources FAHR undertakes the responsibility for coordinating and interplying with institutions and private sector companies, in addition to entering partnerships with them to provide special discounts to the federal government employees and their families for services and goods.
"FAHR" aims through "Imtyazat" initiative to support the fedral workstaff, in addition to raising happiness at work, workplace loyalty and career harmony, by granting special privileges to the employees only, through its partnerships with the private sector, which will lead to enhance and improve the productivity of the federal workforce, thus achieving the UAE Vision 2021,and the strategy for human resources in federal government.
